This operational statement will continue to evolve as Known Aura completes formal accessibility testing before broader release.

Our approach

Known Aura treats accessibility as part of product quality. We work toward clear structure, keyboard access, readable contrast, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, reduced-motion compatibility, and content that remains understandable without relying only on color or imagery.

Current standard

Known Aura uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a working reference where reasonably applicable. This is a goal and operating standard, not a claim that every page or third-party integration is fully conformant today.

Third-party content

Some authentication, payment, embedded media, linked documents, or other third-party experiences are controlled by their providers. Known Aura works to choose accessible providers and provide an alternative path when reasonably possible.

Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, email accessibility@knownaura.com. Please identify the page or feature, describe the issue, and share the preferred way to receive a response. Do not include sensitive information in an ordinary email.
